- If you need to talk to someone just make a call not a video call.
- After a long time wants to talk someone makes an SMS/ text message after texting takes permission for a call. If you need to get permission send him/her a text message, not a voice message or video record. To make a video call, you must get permission.
- Don’t make a call when you know the recipient is driving or on a journey, make a missed call or a message for updates.
- If the recipient is busy on a call with another and you see waiting, don’t call, cut it and make the call again after 5 minutes. If it is an emergency and the recipient is still waiting send an SMS in text.
- Don’t make 2 calls in a row, wait for his/her call back and you may send him an SMS if it is an emergency.
